Owner/Seller

The Owner/Seller

There are many reasons a property owner may ask for an inspection on their property.  An inspection might represent the base line from which a complete and thorough maintenance schedule is created.  An inspection might be conducted prior to listing a property for sale so as to allow more effective marketing.  Or, an inspection might help collect, catalogue, and define data which might be needed in legal or mediation proceedings with a builder/developer.

In any instance, information collected on behalf of our clients remains the sole property of our clients.  Our report and our behavior supports a very high level of confidentiality.

“I appreciated everything about your inspection.  Your report perfectly reflects the name of your company.  I very much appreciated your promptness, attentiveness and your immediate phone call the day of the inspection.  We were anxious to hear your report as we were in the home for only a short time prior to making our offer.”

“Thanks for taking the time to work with me and answer all of my questions.  The Pristine way is beyond the inspection.  It is an understanding.  Both of you were above and beyond.  I find too few people really spending time with their clients.   And I appreciate your taking the time for my understanding and protecting my equity in this big investment."
